TO MIDNIGHT MST WEDNESDAY NIGHT. * EVENT: WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 30 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50
  MPH.* TIMING: WINDS WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE IN THE LATE MORNING HOURS
  ON WEDNESDAY... PEAKING IN THE LATE AFTERNOON BEFORE
  DIMINISHING LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT.* VISIBILITY: PATCHY BLOWING DUST WITH VISIBILITY 2 TO 5 MILES IN
  A FEW AREAS. WIDESPREAD BLOWING DUST IS NOT ANTICIPATED.* IMPACT: WINDS WILL MAKING DRIVING DIFFICULT DUE TO CROSS WIND
  EFFECT ON HIGHER PROFILE VEHICLES. PATCHY BLOWING DUST MAY
