* EVENT: WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50
  MPH.

* TIMING: WINDS WILL INCREASE DURING THE MORNING HOURS AND ATTAIN
  MAXIMUM SPEEDS IN THE MID AFTERNOON BEFORE DIMINISHING THIS
  EVENING.

* VISIBILITY: BLOWING DUST WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO AROUND A
  MILE OVER A FEW AREAS.

* IMPACT: WINDS WILL MAKING DRIVING DIFFICULT DUE TO CROSS WIND
  EFFECT ON HIGHER PROFILE VEHICLES.  BLOWING DUST MAY REDUCE
  VISIBILITIES IN A FEW AREAS.
