AND LOW HUMIDITY FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONE 111...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN EL PASO TX/SANTA TERESA HAS
ISSUED A FIRE WEATHER WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT THURSDAY
AFTERNOON.


* TIMING: THURSDAY FROM NOON TO 6 PM MST.

* WIND: SOUTHWEST 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS 35 TO 40 MPH. STRONGEST
  IMMEDIATELY EAST OF AREA MOUNTAIN RANGES.

* HUMIDITY: MINIMUM RH 10 TO 15 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED...ESPECIALLY IN AREAS OF
  TALL CURED GRASS.
