The Grant County Extension Service welcomed its new agricultural and 4-H agent with a reception Wednesday afternoon. The first comers from left are Judy O'Loughlin, home economist and director; Bob Messner, shooting sports instructor; Kristen Fisher, administrative assistant; Sam Lowry, the agent being honored; and Frank Robie, also involved with shooting sports. Messner's dog, Otis, liked the smell of the food.
