* Wind: Southwest 20 To 25 Mph At The 20-Foot Level With Gusts To
40 Mph. Strongest Along Exposed Ridges And East-Facing Slopes.

* Humidity: Min Rh 6 To 12 Percent.

* Impacts...Any Fires That Develop Will Likely Spread Rapidly.
