PHOENIX, AZ, June 25, 2014 – Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. (NYSE: FCX) today declared a cash dividend of $0.3125 per share payable on August 1, 2014 to holders of record as of July 15, 2014 for its common stock.
