Lakes...southern Dona Ana County/mesilla Valley...southern
Gila Foothills/mimbres Valley...southern Gila Highlands/black
Range...southwest Desert/lower Gila River Valley...southwest
Desert/mimbres Basin...uplands Of The Bootheel And Upper Gila
River Valley.

* Until Midnight Tonight

* Widespread Rainfall Of A Half An Inch To An Inch That Could Come
Very Quickly. There Will Be Scattered Local Areas Of Rainfall
Amounts Of Up To 4 Inches Through This Evening.

* Normally Dry Arroyos And Streams Could Be Quickly Filled With
Fast Moving Water...mud And Debris. Low Water Crossing
Roadways Could Become Impassable. Flooding Of Poorly Drained
