.The Atmosphere Remains Quite Moist Across The Region Today. With
Moderate To High Instability Persisting...Thunderstorms Will
Develop By This Afternoon. Some Of These Thunderstorms Will
Produce Heavy Rainfall With The Potential For Flash Flooding. The
Area West Of The Rio Grande Looks Particularly Good For Flood
Potential As A Trough Of Low Pressure Aloft Over Eastern Arizona
Will Slowly Drift Over Western New Mexico This Afternoon.
