The Mimbres Region Arts Council held its annual fundraiser, Chocolate Fantasia, on a snowy and sunny, but chilly Saturday, Feb. 9. The theme was "Along the Milky Way." One participant described the snow as "powdered sugar falling on Chocolate Fantasia."
