Caller advised a white Pontiac is going around 100 mph toward Silver and is passing on double white line. Officer made contact and didn't observe any erratic behavior.

Caller advised he had two young men doing his yard and they took his wallet and his wife's purse. Caller phoned back to cancel officers because the maid found their belongings by their vehicles.

Caller reported a theft of ceramic pots from her porch and also peaches from her tree.

Highway 180 near Delk Drive
Caller advised a red SUV is traveling westbound in the eastbound lane.

W. 7th Street
Caller advised a female is yelling for help. Officer determined it was an argument between mother and son regarding unpaid bills.

Caller advised another threw an apple at him. Apple thrower was advised to leave the park for the day.

2501 E. Highway 180
Three females took a bunch of baby things and are in the back office not causing problems. Issued CTWs. Juvenile issued juvenile CTA to parent.

Caller advised customers are calling to report receiving scam requests asking for personal bank information.

Welfare check
2289 Superior
Caller reported a possible vehicle fire at Wendy's parking lot where it looked like they had a fire extinguisher and were trying to put out a fire. Officers had negative contact.

Burglary
W. 12TH Street
Caller advised someone had broken into their garage and stole tools but couldn't specify exactly what was taken. He was just told he had been cleaned out. Officer found no sign of forced entry or damage.

2005 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a male took 4 hard liquor bottles and 3 cans of beer.

Caller advised one male subject is in the back office not causing problems, but the other male subject took off running to the parking lot and is now with an off-duty officer.

E. 20th Street
Caller reported about 4 male subjects on bikes are in the road fighting. Second caller advised a male is lying on the ground and others are kicking him.

Welfare check
Bennett Street
Caller reports children walked to caller's house to use the phone. They said their parents have not been home for six hours. Officer made contact and determined the kids, ranging from 3- to 12-years-old are OK. Their older brother is there. Caller phoned back advising the kids are okay.

Little Walnut Road
A man reported items were stolen from the back of his truck while parked at the Silver Cliff Apartments.

Shoplifting
100 N. Rosedale Road
Caller advised a female in black top and black pants is still in the store shoplifting – putting things in her purse. An officer determined negative on shoplifting as all items were in the cart. A CTW was issued at the manager's request.

Fraud/embezzlement
2290 Superior
Caller needs to file a report regarding a fictitious check that was cashed.

Domestic disturbance
Silver Street
Caller advised the girlfriend threw a CD player at his vehicle as he was driving away with a child in the car. Officer had negative contact.

Vehicle burglary
304 N. Bullard Street
Caller advised he has someone detained that was trying to break into one of his employee's vehicle. The responding officer advised he has one male juvenile in custody en route to SCPD.

Reckless driver
Corbin and Spring streets
Caller advised an older model primered-black pickup was being driven at a high rate of speed by a driver he observed earlier drinking a 40 oz. beer. Officer located vehicle but had negative contact with anyone inside.

Domestic disturbance
E. Kelly Street
Caller advised a female had a gun and was threatening them and then disconnected the line. Officer cleared the air for emergency traffic only, but then advised to resume normal traffic and units clear as nothing happened.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a male who was stealing Nicorette was in the back office not causing problems. Subject was issued a CTW for Walmart and a CTA (Citation to Appear).

1602 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised a female next to a white older model vehicle appears to have locked herself out of her vehicle and is upset and hitting her child. Officer advised they did get the door open and everything is OK.

E. 12th Street
Caller requested welcheck on her mother's friend's residence as the owner was reported to be in Mexico and the residence is open. Officer determined a neighbor with keys down the street was at the house earlier and he did go down and lock the house.

Caller advised a male just ran from her and left in a white vehicle, but she did get the merchandise back.

Wednesday, July 2

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised they have a female in the back. An officer issued a CTW and escorted female off the property.

Breaking and entering
W. Cain Drive
Caller advised her husband left for work and a vehicle showed up and tried to kick in the door. But they saw caller had a gun and left. Caller advised she thinks she knows who it is and it is an ongoing occurrence with her. Caller requested an increased patrol for a week.

Criminal damage to property
314 E. 14th Street
Caller advised someone attempted to break in last night.

Shoplifting
2148 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a male and a female are possibly stealing and are now at the door. The responding officer determined the female has an outstanding warrant out of magistrate court for possession of a controlled substance under a $5,000 bond. She was taken into custody.

1956 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a female is at the pharmacy and not causing problems. She was issued a CTW and was not charged after officers escorted her out.

Harassment
S. Texas Street
Caller wants to speak to an officer in reference to a deputy passing by the house continuously in reference to a custody issue.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a male ran out the fire exit with a Toshiba laptop and reported a green Jeep with rust on top went around to pick him up. Officer had negative contact.

Larceny
3050 Cougar Way
Caller reports another animal was stolen.

Reckless driver
1800 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a tow-truck without emergency lights was speeding on Highway 180 toward Bayard and almost hit her from the back. She also named the company and advised the truck did pass her and started revving his engine at her.

Domestic disturbance
37th Street
Caller advised she is 50 years old and physically disabled and has a 15-year-old who is causing problems by throwing a fit down the road and hitting her head against the wall. Caller advised 15-year-old keeps beating herself up and jumping out of the car and is still outside.
