Legal Notice - Special Meeting

The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Special Meeting on Thursday,
August 28, 2014, at 9:00 A.M. The Special Meeting will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico.

The tentative agenda is as follows:

I. Call to Order
II. Pledge of Allegiance & Salute to State Flag
III. Approval of Special Meeting Agenda
IV. Public Hearing: The purpose of this Public Hearing will be to consider the issuance of the following liquor license application:
Applicant Name: La Tienda Del Sol, LLC
Purposed Location: 2674 Hwy 35, San Lorenzo, New Mexico 88041
Doing Business as: La Tienda Del Sol
• Open Public Hearing and Discussion
• Close Public Hearing
• Approve/Disapprove Application No.912075; A Restaurant Beer & Wine License.
