Caller advised a piece of equipment was taken.

Caller advised his wife is very confused and refusing to go to the doctor. Deputy is standing by while caller gets wife ready to take her to the doctor.

Littering
Arenas Valley
Caller advised a lot of medical debris, gloves and syringes, are in the roadway in the area of the flea market. Deputy reported negative on any syringes -- just found gloves along the highway – negative on being used.

Fraud/embezzlement
A male resident spoke with a deputy at GCSD regarding a scam phone call supposedly from an IRS attorney who spoke with a thick foreign accent. When the resident questioned where the "attorney" was calling from the "attorney" said "Don't be rude."

Royall Drive
Caller advised his brother called to ask caller to pick him up as the brother's son was being abusive and was under the influence of drugs/alcohol. Caller advised as he was picking up his brother, the brother's son was out of control and tried to hit caller and was making threats to kill himself and burn the trailer down. A deputy responded and found an open door at the address with no one inside.

Saturday, Aug. 2

Weapons fired
N. Swan Street
Caller advised about 5 rounds were heard, then about 10 seconds later 3 more were heard. Second caller heard 2 series of a couple of shots each time.

Summit Road
Caller advised his dad's ex-girlfriend is throwing stuff at the home's windows and broke one a little.

Loud music
Tyrone Park
Caller advised a female in a white Suburban is playing her music really loud. Deputy had negative contact with female.

I-10 -- mile marker 46 – Hachita
Caller advised an elderly man, possibly in his 70s, that broke down in the east bound lanes, was walking west bound toward the exit.

Suspicious vehicle
North Fork Walnut Creek Road
Caller advised a pickup has gone up and down the road about 3 times and it keeps getting stuck. Caller advised the road is really bad. Caller advised she thinks they may be intoxicated and the music they are playing is really loud. Caller could not describe the pickup in the dark. A second caller advised the subjects are still down in the area.

Caller advised her ex-husband is on his way to this residence (her mother's) because he is mad she sold some property. Caller advised he shouldn't be there as they are not together. Deputy made contact with a son and advised everything appears to be okay.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 152 – Hanover
Caller advised the neighbors behind her are arguing, throwing things and yelling. Deputy made contact and determined no domestic – just parents disciplining children.

Caller advised she can hear in the trailer below her a female yelling "Get off of me," and a male also yelling. Caller advised they sound intoxicated. Deputy determined negative on a physical domestic -- the male fell on some grease and female left before deputy's arrival.

Caller advised someone broke into her 57-year-old mother-in-law's house and beat her up. Caller advised her mother-in-law said she was beaten up by someone. Caller advised mother-in-law was sleeping at the time and woke up to being beaten and said she was unconscious and then locked herself in the bathroom. Caller advised mother-in-law doesn't know who it was as she was asleep when the beating started. Caller advised mother-in-law is bleeding from the nose and everywhere on her.

Caller has not been able to get ahold of her friend all day and her phone is not ringing when she calls. Deputy made contact with female and is letting her use his phone to contact her friend. Deputy determined female has phone issues due to the weather.

Bill Evans Road – Riverside
Caller advised his wife was outside walking the dogs and she heard some gunfire and then a loud explosion right below Bill Evans Lake. Caller advised the explosion shook his house.

Caller advised someone broke into his house and took everything.

Highway 152 – Santa Rita
Caller advised she had some workers at her house and one of them stole some items that she sells and stole some money from the top of the table. Caller advised the male is rock and roll who possibly stole the items.

Caller advised a named male's vehicle ran out of gas and he is walking around the area seemingly lost. Caller advised the male went up to the highway and almost got hit. Caller advised a neighbor took him to his vehicle and is assisting him. Deputy made contact with the male, who stated his vehicle was overheating and that he simply got a little confused.
