You will need to negotiate terms with your respective gallery in order to participate in the Studio Tour, 2013.

Please provide accurate directions from Silver City to your studio.  Be as clear and complete as possible as these directions will be used in the 2013 Studio Tour brochure.  Use the back of this form if needed.  Label it--‐--‐Directions

Important reminders: (1) you are responsible to collect and pay New Mexico sales tax; (2) you are responsible to contact your insurance provider to verify your liability coverage for this event.  SCGA is not liable for any claims.

Please submit your image for the brochure (300 dpi) and up to six images for the SCGA website, in JPEG format, on a CD and label it clearly to accompany this application. You may also email your images to Chris Saxman, cristobalsax@gmail.com when you turn in your application.    Each image must be labeled with your name, such as smith1.jpeg and/orsmithstudio.jpeg. An image of your studio space may be used in the brochure.

You may return your COMPLETED application and a $75.00 check, payable to SCGA to Yada Yada Yarn, 614 Bullard Street, Silver City, NM 88061. The deadline is: 04/01/2013.
