Joseph Andrew Rodriguez, 64, a resident of Austin TX formerly of Santa Clara, NM entered eternal rest Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Austin Medical Center in Austin, TX.

He was born April 14, 1950 in Santa Rita to Jose D. and Suzana Alirez Rodriguez.

He is survived by two brothers, Richard Rodriguez and wife Margarita of Santa Clara; John Paul Rodriguez of Arenas Valley; two sisters, Toni Provencio and husband Alex of Silver City; Rosalie Molina and husband Alfonso of Bayard; the Alirez family whom he considered his brothers and sisters, Stella, Ernest, Mary Rose, Larry, Vivian, Gilbert and Vickie; also numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 22 from 2-3pm at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with the prayer vigil and holy rosary to begin at 3pm with his brother, Deacon Richard Rodriguez reciting. A private inurnment will follow at a later date. Cremation will take place at Terrazas Crematory.
