Arvel James McCauley, 75, a resident of Mimbres, NM entered eternal rest Saturday, June 21, 2014 at Gila Regional Medical Center.

He was born October 4, 1938 in Silver City, NM to Fate and Eula Bradberry McCauley.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Wilma Hickson McCauley; his sister, Shirley Childress his son, James Bradley (Brad) McCauley and one grandson, James David (J.D.) Chapman.

He is survived by his sister, Ethel Ann Upton of Silver City; one son, Samuel Thomas McCauley of California; one daughter, Julie Webb and husband Gary of Lake Roberts, NM; three grandchildren, Samuel Thomas (Scooter) McCauley, Leland McCauley, Bonner Webb and wife Valerie; five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be celebrated on Friday, June 27 at 5 pm at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with Kevin Brown officiating. Cremation will take place at Terrazas Crematory.
