- Born and lived whole life in Grant County

- Graduate of Cobre High School and NMSU
- Wife is Vicky McCauley
- Children - Kyle(wife Elizabeth Mehan), Bonnie (husband Cole Mounyo) and Ryan
- 3 Grandchildren

Work Experience
10 years at Chino Mines in warehouse and Assay Lab and rest of life as a working rancher
- Served 10 years on the board at the Gila Regional Medical Center
- Served 4 years on NM Community Development Council, appointed by Gov Bruce King
- Past Grant County Democratic Party Vice Chair and State Central Committee member
- Past President of Grant County Cattlegrowers, Silver FFA Alumni, White Signal Community Hall Association
- Member NM Cattlegrowers and NM Farm Bureau
- Past 4-H Leader and Little League Coach

Goals
- Be open and available to listening to the problems, concerns, and solutions of Grant County Citizens
- Be fiscally responsible with taxpayer money
- Work to insure the the financial stability of Gila Regional Medical Center
- continue to work on water needs of various parts of the county
- work to improve road maintenance, safety, security, and law enforcement, medical services, fire prevention and fire fighting capabilities in rural Grant County
- Have an open line of communication with county clerk, treasurer, assessor and sheriff to provide the best service for Grant County citizens
