bizzell"As your PRC Commissioner, I will:

– Demand accountability from providers that deliver essential services to New Mexico residents, including utilities, pipelines, commercial transportation, and those industries that help ensure public safety
– Provide fairness for hard-working New Mexico residents who depend on vital industries – keeping the cost down to keep the lights on
– Ensure I am accessible to constituents so the residents of PRC District 5 have a voice regarding the decisions that impact their daily lives."

He is a lifelong resident of New Mexico. He grew up in Belen and currently lives in Los Lunas with his wife, Andrea, and their daughter, Bella.

Following his service in the Navy, Joseph returned to New Mexico where he successfully managed his own small business and continues to help his parents on their family farm where they grow alfalfa and millet.

As an advocate for New Mexico, Joseph currently serves on the New Mexico State Apprenticeship Council, a board that oversees all apprenticeships throughout the state ranging from carpentry to electricians. This is a vital board that ensures both continued job growth for New Mexico residents as well as a pathway to success for individuals seeking a career in the trade industry.

In his free time, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering at local children’s charity events with life-size model R2-droids that he builds.
