After a more than three-hour executive session, the Gila Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees came back into open session.

Chairman Charles Kelly said the board had a statement.

Dr. Darrick Nelson read the statement: The Gila Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees unanimously resolved there would be no changes in the management team. However, the Gila Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees is dissatisfied with some of the recent actions of the administrative team and will set forth strong and measurable expectations for the senior management and Gila Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees."

The board members unanimously approved the statement and adjourned.
