Grant County, NM: The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) has issued a roadway advisory alert for two separate areas in Grant County.
 
The closures are related to flooding and large debris crossing state routes on NM-159 from mile marker 2-25 in Mogollon, and NM-211 mile marker 3-4 at Bear Creek in the Gila. The NMDOT is clearing the path on NM-211 and on NM-159. These roadways will be opened once it is declared safe for the traveling public.
 
Motorists are encouraged to avoid traveling these areas and to access the detour routes that are posted. Updates and traffic alerts will be posted on the department’s web site www.NMroads.com, and can be retrieved by calling 511 in New Mexico or 1-800-432-4269 out of state.
