NOON TIME. THE WINDS SHOULD DIMINISH RAPIDLY THURSDAY EVENING

ISSUED A WIND ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TO 7 PM MDT
THURSDAY. THE HIGH WIND WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

* WINDS: INCREASING SOUTHWEST WINDS SUSTAINED AT 25 TO 35 MPH WITH
  GUSTS AS HIGH AS 45 MPH. LOCALLY HIGHER WINDS THROUGH GAPS AND
  PASSES.

* TIMING: WIND SPEEDS WILL INCREASE THROUGHOUT THE MORNING AND
  PEAK BY AROUND NOON TIME BEFORE DECREASING SOON AFTER SUNSET.

* VISIBILITY: SOME DUST PRONE AREAS MAY SEE LOWER VISIBILITIES OF
  3 TO 5 MILES MID AFTERNOON.

* LOCAL IMPACTS: DIFFICULT TRAVEL FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES AND
  MOTORCYCLES. LOOSE OBJECTS MAY BECOME AIRBORNE. DAMAGE TO POWER
  LINES...SIGNS... ROOFS...AWNINGS...TREES. ALSO INCREASED
