On Wednesday evening, after an audience countdown, the Silco Marquee came back to life after many years of darkness.

New Mexico Film Office representatives were in Silver City for the occasion, which also included head shots of anyone interested in partitipcating in future films, a town hall on the possibilities of film making in the area, and a short documentary on the Silco marquee.
