2014 MRAC Blues Festival continues today

The 2014 Blues Festival, hosted by Mimbres Region Arts Council, was in full sound in Gough Park on Saturday. The first performer was Aya Khan, who immediately brought out the dancers with the beat of his music. The park was filling up fast with some shade structures to replace the dead trees that were cut down last year. Vendors of goods and food lined both sides of the park, and a beer garden served adults on the west side of the park.

The festival continues today, Sunday, May 25, with acoustic blues on tap.
