Saturday Morning...

.A Moist And Unstable Air Mass Is In Place Over Southern New
Mexico And Far West Texas. Portions Of The Area Have Already
Received Heavy Rainfall...Resulting Saturated Soil Conditions. A
Frontal Boundary Is Expected To Move Into The Region Tonight And
Help Initiate Further Shower And Thunderstorm Development In The
Area. With Abundant Moisture In Place...Storms Will Be Able To
Produce Heavy Rainfall. Excessive Rain Runoff Will Have The
Potential To Produce Flooding Along Drainages...Arroyos And Small
Streams. Additionally...Poorly Drained Low Lying Areas And Roads
Will See Increased Ponding Of Water. This Moist Rainy Pattern Will
Persist Through Saturday For All Areas And Will Continue Over
Portions Of Southwest New Mexico Again On Sunday.
