.a Deep Plume Of Moisture Will Continue To Flow Over The Area Today. Unstable Conditions Could Lead To Scattered To Numerous Showers And Thunderstorms Producing Heavy Rainfall Through This Evening. Excessive Runoff From The Rain May Lead To Flash Flooding Along Drainages...Arroyos...Small Streams And Low Water Crossings. In Addition...ponding Of Water Will Occur In Poorly Drained Low Lying Areas And Roadways.
