Through Thursday As The Remnants Of Odile Move Across From The

* Normally Dry Arroyos...Streams...And River Could Be Quickly
Filled With Fast Moving Water...Mud And Debris. Low Water
Crossings Will Likely Become Impassable. Several Rivers Will
