Far West Texas Through Monday...

.Abundant Moisture Will Flow Back Into The Area Today And Monday
For Increased Chances Of Widespread Moderate To Heavy Rainfall.
Scattered To Numerous Showers And Thunderstorms Will Develop With
The Aid Of Frontal Boundary Moving Into The Area And A Passing
Upper Level Trough. The Ground Remains Moist From Previous Heavy
Rains Of A Few Days Ago...So Much Of This Rain Will Be In The Form
Of Runoff. Flooding Along Drainages...Arroyos...Small Streams And
Low Water Crossings In Possible Through Monday. Urban Areas May
See Street Flooding And Ponding Of Water In Poorly Drained Low
Lying Areas. The Heavy Rain Potential Will Diminish Monday Night
And Early Tuesday.
