Lone Mountain 4H Club held their annual awards program December 4, 2014. Jackets were given to those members who gave the best demonstrations in their age group.

The seniors who received jackets were Paige Marquez, Zoe Kasten, and Clell Bays. The junior members were Alexa Vermillion, Trent Kasten, Lexi Hooper, and Sandy Hooper. In the novice division there were 5 members who received jackets. They were Nolan Vermillion, Meason Ybarra, Matthew Garrison, Ketch Bays, and Owen Hooper.

While Lone Mountain 4H Club promotes public speaking for all of our members, we are really proud of our Clover Buds who get up in front of a crowd to speak. Receiving jackets this year were Riley Vermillion and Walter Woodward.

The most valuable member of the Lone Mountain Club this year was Ethan Fisher. Nora Lowe received flowers for supporting the club with extra time and efforts. Trent Kasten gave a demonstration on how to properly give a speech.

Following the awards a potluck supper was enjoyed by everyone.
