Texas Today And Friday...

.an Upper Low Pressure System And Surface Front Will Approach The
Area From The West. This System Will Continue To Spread Mountain
Snow And Lowland Rain And Snow Across Much Of The Area. Some
Heavy Snow Is Expected Across The Gila Region And Also Above Some
Of The Lowland Areas Above 4500 Feet. Snow Should Taper Off And
End Mid Day. The Main Part Of The Winter Storm System Will
Generate More Snow In The Area Again On Friday And Friday Night As
It Moves Across The State.

Over The Peaks Of The Black Range.

* Timing: Light To Moderate Snow Will Continue Through Mid Day.

* Impact: Heavy Snow Could Make Driving Hazardous And May Close
Some Roads. Occasional Low Visibilities May Also Occur During
This Time.

* Winds: Southeast 10 To 20 Mph.

* Snow Levels: All Elevations Will Be Cold Enough For Snow.
