DALLAS
Currently, he serves on the boards of ICBA Reinsurance and Hidalgo Medical Services. Martin has held numerous leadership positions with the New Mexico State Investment Council and the New Mexico Commission on Higher Education. He also served as chairman of the Independent Community Bankers Association of New Mexico.
Martin holds a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University.
