Steven Morales, a suspect in the homicide of Estevan Ortega, whose body was found Jan. 14 inside a vehicle near Pinos Altos, was arrested by U.S. Marshals on Wednesday, Jan. 28 at about 5:45 p.m., according to a press release from the Grant County Sheriff's Department.
Morales was reportedly arrested in a plaza on Paseo del Norte without incident.
