Silver City: The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) District One office along with Interstate Highway Construction (IHC) has commenced with minor work along NM 90/Hudson Street and US 180/Truck Bypass Road.

The NMDOT and IHC will extended the date once more to remove the bridge on NM 90 to May 18, 2015 due to the processing of environmental commitments and documentation for this project. The NMDOT will hold its next public meeting on Wednesday May 13, 2015 to discuss the project status.
