Dorothy Spangler, 85, was arrested and charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident involving Great Bodily Harm and Reckless Driving as a result of the traffic crash between a vehicle and a pedestrian on State Rd 15 (Pinos Altos Rd).

Spangler was booked into the Grant County Detention Center on a $6000 bond. She bonded out the same day. Dr. Brian Robinson, 47, the victim, was transported to an El Paso Hospital. Last information received he is still listed in critical condition.
