The anonymous photographer continues to provide to the Beat detailed photos of the progress of the New Mexico 90/Hudson Street Bridge.

A reader, at the request of the Beat to find out what those multi-colored upright "things" on the Hwy. 90 bridge girders are, believes they are for safety cable to be threaded through along the top.  Then workers clip their individual safety harnesses to the safety cable when they work atop the girders.
