The Western New Mexico University Foundation hosted a fundraiser in the Alumni Garden with the theme Hats in the Garden. Lovely ladies and a man or two took part in the event, which featured refreshments, a vintage fashion show, and a people's choice hat contest. Winner of the contest was Kennedi Pyper, who attended, making four generations of ladies in attendance €”Jan Sherman; her daughter-in law, Susan Sherman; Jan's granddaughter, Jill Sherman; and great-granddaughter Kennedi.
