In the public comment phase of the Silver City's Tuesday, Jan. 12 town meeting, Rik Foxx stated that approximately 1,000 signatures have been presented to the Silver City town government demanding the town replace existing water meters, not with automated smart meters, but with analog water meters. Foxx stated that the consent of the property owner is needed prior to installation.
