Even though New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas has cleared Border Area Mental Health Services of Silver City of Medicaid fraud, the options for the organization's future remain uncertain.

Balderas announced his decision Monday when he said a forensic auditing firm his office hired to investigate the claims had cleared BAMHS and nine other mental health providers of fraud.
