Conchas Ranch Fire: Last night resources were able to construct a fire line on the active area of the grass fire. Crews will mop-up the perimeter today. The fire in San Miguel County has burned approximately 1,800 acres. Unless there is a significant change in fire behavior, this will be the final notification.

State Line Fire: Forward progress of the grass fire in Roosevelt County was stopped last night. Crews conducted mop-up efforts and air attack returned to Alamogordo. An estimated 1,700 acres have burned. This is the final notification.
