Deming, NM - On Sunday, May 15, 2016 around 6:00 a.m., New Mexico State Police officers investigated a pedestrian fatal crash on Interstate 10 at mile marker 75, near Deming, NM.

The initial investigation revealed an unidentified pedestrian was walking in the left lane of the eastbound roadway and was struck by a Dodge pickup traveling eastbound. The pedestrian sustained fatal injuries at the scene.

The pedestrian was identified today as Ryan Percy (25 years old) from Deming, NM. The driver of the pickup is not facing charges.
