Ramiro Treviso-Granillo, 33, of Deming pled guilty to narcotics trafficking and conspiracy charges Wednesday, May 18, and will be sentenced to 13 years in federal prison, pending a sentencing hearing, which has yet to be scheduled.

Treviso-Granillo was arrested July 30, 2015, after he provided an individual with 30 grams of methamphetamine he knew would be resold. He also had a recorded telephone conversation with a friend while he was detained about making a witness in his case "disappear," so the witness would not testify against him.
