Update: Escondida Fire in Socorro County

After an aerial survey, it is estimated that the Escondida Fire in Socorro County has burned 540 acres, a reduction in the previously reported size. Power in the area has resumed. Access to Hwy. 408 has been reopened. Resources are continuing suppression efforts.
