 Dog Head Fire: This fire remains at 90% containment. Rehabilitation has been completed on the north and west sides of the fire's perimeter. An estimated 266 personnel remain involved with the fire.

North Fire: This lightning-caused fire has burned an estimated 42,107 acres within the Cibola National Forest. It began on 5.21.16. The fire is 69% contained. It is being federally managed for resource benefit. The area has experienced significant precipitation.

Turkey Fire: Abundant precipitation has reduced fire activity to a minimum. USFS district personnel will no longer provide updates. The Turkey Fire began on 6.5.16., and burned 6,920 acres in the Gila National Forest. The fire has been federally managed for resource benefit. This is the final notification.
