Photographer Dave Schuhmann said of his trip to Fort Bayard on Friday, July 8, 2016: "...as expected Wing B (West Wing) is all down, with lots of debris remaining. The west wall of the old two-story surgical building is still there, and the footing is visible for the west wing amidst the debris. The gazebo is still there."
