Aldo Leopold Charter School met Thursday evening at the headquarters with a limited number of Governing Council members, Mary Gruszka, Ken Stone and Shauna McCosh, vice chair, who ran the meeting which started at 5:30.
Daniel Gruszka, student council representative, reported on class activities. Sophomores had taken a trip, juniors were working on the prom, and they had also taken a Santa Fe trip where they talked with legislators and asked about school funding issues. Senate Bill 30 specifically affects small and charter schools.
