When will Denny's start construction?

No one at Silver City Community Development knows. Town Assistant Manager James Marshall said Denny's picked up the construction permit and has a year to begin building. "We just make sure they follow the law."

Community Development Director Jamie Embick said Denny's has informed her that the company is still "in the process and no date has been set for construction." She explained that Denny's uses large contractors and it all depends on when one becomes available.
