The Grant County Sheriff's Department has just arrested Rudy Marquez III. The arrest took place in Santa Clara New Mexico. Agencies that assisted in this arrest were the U.S. Marshals Office, the Santa Clara Police Department and the Bayard Police Department. There were two other arrests made at the time and location where Marquez was arrested.
