Las Cruces, NM- The United States Marshals Service is looking for 3 violent offenders that are believed to be in the Las Cruces/El Paso area. They all have an extensive history of assaults.

Fugitive David Valverde (36) is wanted for Failure to Appear on Kidnapping, Criminal Sexual Penetration, Criminal Sexual Contact and Tampering with Evidence. Valverde is also wanted out of Texas on separate charges. He is known to carry a firearm and is considered armed and dangerous. Valverde was involved in a kidnapping and gang rape and is a known drug user with an extensive criminal history. He is believed to be in the El Paso/ Las Cruces area and his last known address was in Chaparral, NM. He uses an alias of Garcia but has GÇ£Valverde GÇ£tattooed across his back. Valverde is a confirmed member of the Sureno gang.

Fugitive Frankie Rivera (37) is wanted on a Probation Violation for Trafficking Cocaine. He also has a history Shooting from a Vehicle and Battery on a Household Member. Rivera has a tattoo with the name GÇ£NunieGÇ¥ that might be visible on his neck. Rivera is also a confirmed Sureno gang member and is believed to be armed and dangerous.

Fugitive Aaron Gonzalez (33) is wanted for a Probation Violation for Child Abuse and Aggravated Fleeing from Law enforcement. He has a tattoo of GÇ£MexicanoGÇ¥ on his left arm, the name GÇ£ChristinaGÇ¥ on his right arm, a female face on his upper right arm and the name GÇ£JulianGÇ¥ on the back of his neck. Gonzalez has a history of Resisting and Evading Law Enforcement, Battery and Criminal Trespass.

Anyone with information on any of these three fugitives is encouraged to contact local police or the United States Marshals Service immediately.
