The Silver City Kiwanis Club hosted its annual Easter egg hunt at Penny Park on Saturday, April 15, 2017.
Children and their parents lined up to register for the various hunts, which were separated by age groups.
The Mimbres Region Arts Council Mural Project had an opportunity for adults and kids to personalize a raindrop, which will become part of a mural in the Big Ditch. Also on hand was an opportunity for kids to have their photo taken with the Easter Bunny or get their face painted. The Imagination Library looked for youngsters under the age of five who might not yet be on the list to receive free books.
Always a well-attended event, while kids wait or after their age-group hunt, the park has plenty to offer.
