The Red Hot Children's Fiesta took place Saturday 090917
Children and their parents roamed Penny Park from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. By noon at least 89 kids and 49 families had come through the west entrance. Probably double that came through the more trafficked east entrance to the park.
Many groups had set up booths and had activities for kids to do.
