robert dragonUPDATE: The Grant County Sheriff's Department at 6:12 p.m. said the man has been located, but no details were available.

On April 11, 2018 just before 9:00 a.m., Grant County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to 601 E. Lance Drive in reference to a missing person.

According to the reporting party, Robert Dragon (73 YOA) who resides at 601 E. Lance Drive was dropped off at his residence at about 7:00 P.M., last date. Today at about 8:00 A.M., the reporting person went back to Dragon’s residence to check on him. When he arrived at the residence, the doors were unlocked and Dragon was nowhere to be found.

Deputies began searching the area immediately. New Mexico State Police Search and Rescue were called and quickly responded to the area. The search continues at this time.

Mr. Dragon is described as being about 5’4”, 140 lbs, with blue eyes and brown hair. Dragon was last seen wearing grey pants, a blue sweat shirt or sweater with a beanie on his head. Dragon could be disorientated or confused due to him having dementia. See attached Photo….
