Deming- The 2019 District 4-H Contests were held June 19-20 in Deming, NM. Grant County had 30 4-H members in attendance. The District competition brings 4-Hers from Grant, Luna, Dona Ana, Hidalgo, Socorro and Sierra counties together to compete in a number of different contests.

Once again Grant County did very well.

Archery-
Novice: 2nd place individual Evan Bigley

5th place team: Zeke O'Loughlin, Gavin Findley, Yalexi Valdez, Arya Laney
Junior: 5th place individual, Sarah Gardner.
